Your profile

As an Application & Process Specialist, you play a key role within our organization. You combine process insight and Lean thinking with technical knowledge of business applications. You support colleagues in using our ERP system, contribute ideas for improvements, and translate operational needs into efficient solutions.

You work closely with various departments and help make our operations smarter, more digital, and more performant.

• Supporting users with questions or issues in the ERP system
• Analyzing, optimizing, and improving processes according to Lean and OPEX principles
• Coordinating projects, process optimization, and digitalization
• Ensuring quality, structure, and consistency in master data and workflows
• Contributing to further digitalization within our organization
• Acting as a bridge between IT, operational teams, and management
• Guiding people through change via clear communication, training, and engagement

Knowledge of?

• You have experience with or a strong knowledge of Lean Management and the Green Belt methodology
• You are familiar with the principles of Operational Excellence (OPEX) and know how to apply them practically
• You have an affinity for IT and ERP systems; you understand the terminology and can comprehend and address technical requirements
• You possess strong analytical and communication skills and enjoy a hands-on approach
• You can organize projects and inspire teams
• You build trust with both colleagues on the shop floor and management
• You gain energy from improvement, digitalization, and collaboration
• You have experience working in an SME environment
