Cystar Energy 72/38
This is the latest generation of the cheaper solar control and super-insulating (1.0 w/m²K) glazing with a soft coating at position 2 (outer pane on the cavity side). The cavity within this glass is filled with an argon gas mixture as standard, while allowing in optimal daylight (light transmission factor: 72%) and to provide good solar shading (38%). In addition, this glazing has a reflection (light reflection factor: 13%) which is not higher than classic double glazing, meaning that there is almost no reflection in the glass.
Application: Recommended in façades or windows where solar shading and insulation are important without giving the impression of being in a palace of mirrors. The glazing is lightly tinted, similar to classic double glazing.

This is the latest generation of solar control and super-insulating (1.0 w/m²K) glazing with a soft coating at position 2 (outer pane on the cavity side). The cavity within this glass is filled with an argon gas mixture as standard, while allowing in optimal daylight (light transmission factor: 50%/60%) and to provide very good solar shading (29%). In addition, this glazing has a reflection (light reflection factor: 13%) which is just a little higher than classic double glazing, and therefore, there is almost no reflection in the glass.
Application: Recommended in façades or windows where solar shading and insulation are important without giving the impression of being in a palace of mirrors. The glazing has a light, barely noticeable grey tint.

In addition, this glazing also offers higher reflection (light reflection factor: 15%), thereby resulting in a slightly higher reflection in the glass.
Application: Recommended for façades or windows where solar shading and insulation are important. Moreover, this type of glazing has a slightly stronger mirror effect. The glazing is silver tinted.
